Blabble Privacy Policy

Effective Date: April 15, 2026 · Version 1.3

This Privacy Policy describes how COSMIC NOON PTY LTD (“Company,” “We,” or “Us”) collects, uses, and protects information when You use the Blabble software application (“Blabble” or “Software”).

Blabble is designed with a privacy-first architecture. The Software processes and stores conversation data locally on your Mac so that it can index, search, and organize your communications. COSMIC NOON PTY LTD does not receive or store that conversation data on its servers, unless you explicitly choose to send data to external services such as AI providers.

By installing or using Blabble, You acknowledge and accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • the Blabble desktop application for macOS
  • the Limited Mode (restricted use before subscription activation)
  • subscription management and license verification services
  • AI-assisted features available within the Software
  • related websites under the www.blabble.ai domain

2. Local Data Storage

Blabble is a local desktop application. To function properly, the Software stores and processes data on your Mac. This may include:

  • imported messages and conversation databases
  • attachments and media files
  • message metadata
  • search indexes and derived contextual data
  • locally generated summaries or AI outputs
  • agent conversation histories and associated data
  • agent rule configurations
  • application preferences and caches

This information is stored only on your device. COSMIC NOON PTY LTD does not have access to this locally stored data, and the Software does not upload it to Company servers.

3. Artificial Intelligence Features

Blabble may integrate with Artificial Intelligence (AI) models to provide optional features such as:

  • message summarization
  • response drafting
  • contextual analysis
  • translation
  • information extraction
  • automation or agent-assisted workflows

These AI capabilities may operate using:

  • Apple Intelligence / Foundation Models running locally on your Mac
  • other locally installed AI models
  • remote AI models provided by third-party services

3.1 Local AI Models

Some AI features may run entirely on your device using models available locally, including models provided by the operating system or models you install. When local models are used, conversation data may be processed temporarily in memory by the model, and Blabble does not transmit this data to external servers.

However, COSMIC NOON PTY LTD cannot guarantee the internal behavior of third-party AI models or operating system components. Depending on the provider, such models may perform telemetry, logging, or data collection outside Blabble's control. Blabble itself does not access, monitor, or control any internal data collection performed by AI models.

3.2 Server-Based AI Models

Blabble may allow you to connect to third-party AI services that run on external servers. When these services are used, portions of your conversation data may be transmitted from your device to the AI provider. The AI provider may process, store, or retain that data according to its own policies. Prompts, context, or attachments may be included depending on the feature used.

This transmission occurs directly between your device and the AI provider. COSMIC NOON PTY LTD does not receive, store, or proxy this data, and does not control how third-party AI providers handle information once transmitted. Users are responsible for reviewing the privacy policies of any AI providers they choose to use.

3.3 User Control Over AI Usage

Use of external AI services is optional. Users may:

  • disable AI features entirely
  • restrict AI usage to local models only
  • configure which AI providers are permitted to process data
  • enable or disable Agent Rules individually
  • enable or disable the Remote Agent at any time

If AI features are disabled, Blabble continues to function as a local conversation indexing and management tool.

3.4 AI Output Limitations

Artificial intelligence systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading results, sometimes referred to as “hallucinations.” AI features within Blabble are provided as assistive tools only. COSMIC NOON PTY LTD does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated outputs, and users remain responsible for verifying any generated content before relying on or sending it.

3.5 Agent Conversations

Blabble provides Agent Conversations that allow users to interactively query, search, and analyze their conversation data using AI Services.

During an Agent Conversation, the Software may transmit portions of User Data to the selected AI Service, including:

  • message text and conversation context
  • attachment metadata or content
  • contact names and identifiers

Agent Conversations and their histories are stored locally on your device. COSMIC NOON PTY LTD does not receive or store Agent Conversation data on its servers.

3.6 Agent Rules and Automated Processing

Blabble allows users to configure Agent Rules that automatically trigger AI-powered actions in response to events such as incoming messages, scheduled times, or other user-defined conditions.

When an Agent Rule is triggered:

  • User Data relevant to the triggering event may be automatically transmitted to the configured AI Service
  • this transmission occurs without per-interaction confirmation from the user
  • the AI Service processes the data according to its own policies

Agent Rule configurations are stored locally on your device.

3.7 Remote Agent

The Remote Agent is an optional feature that monitors designated iMessage conversations and automatically sends AI-generated replies on the user's behalf.

When the Remote Agent is enabled:

  • incoming messages in designated conversations are automatically transmitted to the configured AI Service for processing
  • AI-generated responses are sent via iMessage from the user's account
  • conversation history from the designated conversation may be included as context
  • data from any Blabble chat source the user has granted the Remote Agent access to may be retrieved and transmitted to the configured AI Service as part of generating a response

The user controls which chat sources the Remote Agent can access. Any data within those sources — including messages, attachments, and metadata — may be sent to the selected AI provider.

The Remote Agent is disabled by default and must be explicitly enabled and configured by the user, including specifying which iMessage account, AI model, and chat sources to use. COSMIC NOON PTY LTD does not receive, store, or control Remote Agent communications.

4. Data Not Collected by COSMIC NOON PTY LTD

COSMIC NOON PTY LTD does not collect, receive, or store the following information on its servers:

  • the contents of your conversations
  • attachments or media files contained in conversations
  • contact lists or address book data
  • locally generated summaries or AI prompts
  • agent conversation histories or agent rule configurations
  • messages sent or received by the Remote Agent
  • message metadata or search indexes stored on your device

This information remains solely on your Mac, unless you explicitly choose to export it or send it to external services.

5. What We May Collect

COSMIC NOON PTY LTD collects only the minimal information necessary to operate the Software and manage subscriptions.

License and Subscription Data

To verify and manage your subscription. This may include license identifier, subscription status, and purchase timestamp. This information may be stored on Company licensing systems and locally in application preferences.

Diagnostic and Crash Reports

Optional diagnostic information may be collected to improve stability and troubleshoot issues. Examples include crash logs, error traces, and software version information. These reports do not contain conversation contents unless explicitly provided by the user.

6. Limited Mode

Before subscription activation, Blabble operates in Limited Mode. In this mode, the Software may restrict the number of messages displayed within the application interface. Conversation data may still be imported and processed locally on your device, but only a limited portion of messages may be visible until a valid subscription is activated. Limited Mode continues to perform local processing only, unless the user explicitly enables external AI services.

7. Subscription and Payment Processing

Payments and subscriptions are handled through authorized third-party payment processors. These processors may collect billing name, billing address, and payment details. COSMIC NOON PTY LTD does not store or access payment card information directly. Users should review the privacy policies of the payment processor used during checkout.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect the limited information we process, including encrypted communications using TLS 1.3, restricted access to company systems, and confidentiality obligations for personnel. Data stored locally by Blabble remains protected by macOS security features such as FileVault encryption and system access controls.

9. Your Rights and Choices

You remain the sole owner and controller of your conversation data. You may:

  • delete Blabble and all local data at any time
  • request deletion of support correspondence or license records
  • request correction of personal information held by the Company

Requests may be sent to support@blabble.ai.

10. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For users located in the European Economic Area, personal data processing is based on:

  • Contractual necessity — providing subscription services
  • Legitimate interest — software security and fraud prevention
  • Consent — diagnostics or support communication

Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

11. Data Retention

COSMIC NOON PTY LTD does not control the infrastructure or data practices of external AI providers.

13. Children's Privacy

Blabble is not intended for individuals under 16 years of age. If personal information from a minor is inadvertently received, it will be deleted upon notification.
