Blabble End-User License Agreement

Effective Date: April 15, 2026 · Version 1.4

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and COSMIC NOON PTY LTD (“Company,” “We,” or “Us”) governing your use of the Blabble software (“Software”).

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING BLABBLE.

By installing, accessing, or using the Software, You agree to be bound by this Agreement. If You do not agree to these terms, do not install or use Blabble.

1. Definitions

  • Software – The Blabble desktop application for macOS and any related executables, data files, libraries, documentation, and updates provided by COSMIC NOON PTY LTD.
  • User Data – Chat data, messages, attachments, and other personal content stored or processed locally by the Software.
  • License Key – A unique activation token that enables use of Blabble's full functionality under an active subscription.
  • Limited Mode – A restricted mode available before activation, permitting import and analysis of messages while limiting the number of messages displayed within the Software interface.
  • Subscription – A recurring, time-based license (renewed yearly) that grants continued access to all Blabble features.
  • AI Services – Artificial intelligence systems used by the Software to generate summaries, responses, analysis, or other outputs. AI Services may operate locally on the User's device or may be provided by third-party services operating on remote servers.
  • Agent Conversation – An interactive session in which the User engages an AI Service through Blabble to search, analyze, summarize, or extract information from User Data. Agent Conversations are stored locally on the User's device.
  • Agent Rules – User-configured automation rules that trigger AI-powered actions in response to events such as incoming messages, schedules, or other conditions. Agent Rules execute automatically without requiring per-interaction confirmation from the User.
  • Remote Agent – An optional feature in which Blabble monitors designated iMessage conversations for incoming messages and automatically generates and sends AI-powered replies on the User's behalf via iMessage.

2. Grant of License

2.1 License Type

Subject to this Agreement, COSMIC NOON PTY LTD grants You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Blabble on macOS devices You own or control, solely for lawful personal or professional purposes and during an active subscription period.

2.2 Limited Mode

Before activating a subscription, Blabble may operate in Limited Mode, allowing import and analysis of messages while limiting the number of messages displayed within the application interface.

Limited Mode is intended only to demonstrate basic functionality. COSMIC NOON PTY LTD may modify, restrict, or remove Limited Mode at any time without notice.

2.3 Subscription Activation

Full functionality is unlocked only upon activation of a valid yearly subscription via a License Key or authenticated account. An active subscription is required to continue using the Software beyond Limited Mode.

2.4 Restrictions

You may not:

  • reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • modify or create derivative works of the Software
  • rent, lease, sublicense, resell, or distribute the Software or License Key
  • remove or obscure copyright or proprietary notices
  • use Blabble to intercept, extract, or analyze communications without proper authorization
  • operate the Software on servers, in virtualized environments, or as part of a competing service

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by COSMIC NOON PTY LTD.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Blabble and all related materials are the exclusive property of COSMIC NOON PTY LTD and its licensors. The Software is licensed, not sold, and this Agreement conveys no ownership or intellectual-property rights to the User.

4. Privacy and Data Handling

4.1 Local Processing

Blabble primarily processes and stores User Data locally on your Mac. Messages, attachments, and conversation metadata are indexed and analyzed on your device.

4.2 Optional AI Processing

Certain features of the Software may use AI Services. These AI Services may operate:

  • locally on your device (for example operating system or locally installed models), or
  • on remote servers operated by third-party providers.

When server-based AI Services are used, portions of User Data — such as message text, attachments, or contextual information — may be transmitted directly from your device to the AI provider in order to generate responses or perform analysis. Use of such services is optional and controlled by the User.

4.3 Third-Party AI Providers

Third-party AI providers may store, process, or retain data transmitted to them according to their own privacy policies. COSMIC NOON PTY LTD is not responsible for the data practices, security, or retention policies of these providers. Users are responsible for reviewing the policies of any AI provider they choose to use.

4.4 Network Communication

Blabble may connect securely to COSMIC NOON PTY LTD servers for:

  • subscription verification
  • version checks
  • software updates
  • submitting crash reports (with User consent)

Crash reports may include technical diagnostic information such as device model, operating system version, application state, and stack traces. Crash reports do not contain conversation content, messages, or private User Data. No conversation content or private User Data is transmitted during these operations.

4.5 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any data processed through Blabble or transmitted to AI Services complies with applicable privacy, confidentiality, and data-protection laws. The full Privacy Policy is available at blabble.ai/privacy-policy.

4.6 Agent Conversations

Blabble provides Agent Conversations that allow Users to interact with AI Services to search, analyze, and extract information from their User Data. During an Agent Conversation, the Software may transmit portions of User Data — including message text, attachments, contact names, and contextual metadata — to the selected AI Service in order to fulfill the User's request. Agent Conversations and their contents are stored locally on the User's device.

4.7 Agent Rules and Automated Processing

Blabble allows Users to configure Agent Rules that automatically trigger AI-powered actions in response to events such as new messages, scheduled times, or other conditions defined by the User. When an Agent Rule is triggered, the Software may automatically transmit User Data to the configured AI Service without requiring per-interaction confirmation.

Users are solely responsible for configuring Agent Rules and ensuring that automated processing complies with applicable laws and the privacy expectations of other parties in their conversations.

4.8 Remote Agent

The Remote Agent feature allows Blabble to monitor designated iMessage conversations and automatically generate and send AI-powered replies on the User's behalf. When the Remote Agent is enabled:

  • incoming messages in designated conversations are automatically processed by the configured AI Service
  • AI-generated replies are sent via iMessage from the User's account
  • data from any Blabble chat source the User has granted the Remote Agent access to may be retrieved and transmitted to the configured AI Service as part of generating a response

The User controls which chat sources the Remote Agent can access. Any data within those sources — including messages, attachments, and metadata — may be sent to the selected AI provider.

The Remote Agent is disabled by default and must be explicitly enabled and configured by the User. The User is solely responsible for all messages sent by the Remote Agent, including their content, accuracy, and any consequences arising from their delivery. COSMIC NOON PTY LTD is not responsible for any communications sent by the Remote Agent or for any damages resulting from automated replies.

5. Subscription and Activation

A valid yearly subscription is required to unlock and maintain access to full Blabble functionality. If a License Key or account is shared, misused, or obtained fraudulently, COSMIC NOON PTY LTD may immediately suspend or revoke access without refund.

6. Fees, Billing, and Renewals

  • Subscriptions are billed annually in advance through an authorized payment processor.
  • Your subscription automatically renews each year unless canceled before the renewal date. Renewals are processed by the authorized payment processor (Paddle.com) using your saved payment method.
  • Prices, taxes, and renewal terms are displayed at the time of purchase and may change with reasonable notice.
  • If a renewal payment fails, the authorized payment processor may retry the payment over a limited period. If payment cannot be recovered, your subscription may be canceled and access to full functionality suspended.
  • Refunds may be requested within 30 days of the original purchase if Blabble fails to perform as described.

All taxes and payment-processing fees are handled by the authorized reseller on behalf of COSMIC NOON PTY LTD.

7. Feedback

If You provide feedback, bug reports, or feature suggestions, You grant COSMIC NOON PTY LTD a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose, including product improvement, without compensation.

8. Confidentiality

All non-public information exchanged between You and COSMIC NOON PTY LTD shall be considered confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” COSMIC NOON PTY LTD MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR RELIABILITY. USE OF BLABBLE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9A. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

Certain features of the Software rely on Artificial Intelligence systems. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or fabricated. COSMIC NOON PTY LTD makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, legality, or suitability of AI-generated content. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any content generated through AI features before relying on or transmitting such content. COSMIC NOON PTY LTD is not responsible for any decisions, communications, or actions taken based on AI-generated outputs.

This disclaimer applies equally to AI outputs generated through interactive Agent Conversations, automated Agent Rules, and the Remote Agent feature. When AI-generated content is sent automatically via iMessage or other messaging services, the User bears full responsibility for such communications.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COSMIC NOON PTY LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, DAMAGES ARISING FROM AI-GENERATED OUTPUT OR THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM MESSAGES SENT AUTOMATICALLY BY THE REMOTE AGENT OR AGENT RULES) ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF COSMIC NOON PTY LTD EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD.

11. Termination

This Agreement takes effect upon installation or first use and remains active during your paid subscription. If You fail to comply with its terms or if your subscription expires, this license automatically terminates. Upon termination, You must uninstall Blabble and delete all related files. COSMIC NOON PTY LTD may suspend or terminate your license for misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of applicable laws.

12. Updates and Modifications

Blabble may automatically check for updates or notify You of new versions. Installing or continuing to use an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised EULA. COSMIC NOON PTY LTD may modify this Agreement from time to time. Updated versions will take effect upon publication or in-app notice.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Perth, Western Australia.

14. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

15. Communications

COSMIC NOON PTY LTD may send You essential information such as licensing notices, updates, or changes to this Agreement via email or in-app messages.
